Paw Prayers Shipping Policy
Shipping & Processing
Every Paw Prayers order is prepared and packaged with care. Orders are currently shipped from Oklahoma via USPS within the United States.
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. We always hope to get your Paw Prayers order on its way sooner.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for individual orders are calculated at checkout based on the package and delivery destination.
Our three-candle bundle includes free standard shipping within the United States.
When available, expedited shipping options may be selected at checkout for an additional charge.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout or through your tracking information are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. While we'll always do everything we can to help, carrier transit times are outside of our control and are not guaranteed by Paw Prayers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to update it.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows an unexpected delay or your package appears to be lost, please reach out to us. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to help locate the package and determine the best next step.
Lost or missing packages will be handled individually based on the circumstances.
Damaged Orders
If your Paw Prayers order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll make it right in accordance with The Paw Prayers Promise.
Preorders & Backordered Items
From time to time, we may offer products for preorder or allow orders for temporarily out-of-stock items. When this happens, the expected shipping timeframe will be clearly noted on the product page or communicated to you.
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a preorder or backordered item, we'll let you know if the items will ship separately.
International Shipping
At this time, Paw Prayers ships within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping to additional destinations in the future.
